Warning: Tsunami to Hit Minnesota!
A massive earthquake off the coast of Russia recently sent alarms throughout the Pacific Rim, Hawaii, as well as the complete West Coast of Canada and the United States for the multiple waves of a tsunami that were going to hit. It wasn’t a matter of if they would hit, but when and how much damage would they cause. Fortunately, the damage was not nearly as bad as it could have been. The warnings ahead of time might have created some chaos but, ultimately, the warnings saved lives.
Let this serve as our warning: A tsunami of significant proportions is headed towards Minnesota. Unlike the destruction caused by oceanic flow, this tsunami is spiritual. Instead of destroying life and property, this tsunami comes with healing, restoration, and salvation in its “flow.”
To what do I refer? Well, for starters:
1. We are coming into the year of celebrating America’s 250th birthday.
Restore Minnesota has been approached to assist in celebrating this major milestone by providing events, classes, workshops, etc., that will help punctuate the Biblical worldview upon which our nation was founded and from which we have so badly strayed. These events will be in stark contrast to what Minnesota’s Governor has planned. We must stand for the truth about America’s founding and what led to the writing of our Declaration of Independence. This is in direct contrast and opposition to what is being planned by our Governor and his committee.
Our first event will be Saturday, September 13, at the Cass Gilbert Memorial Park, 30 Sherburne Ave., St. Paul, MN 55155. We will begin at 10:30 am. All are welcome. Please save the date and join us!
2. Are you ready for 2026 Campaign Season? Ready or not, it’s here.
If you are not yet engaged in a Restore Minnesota Community Action Team, now is the time to dive in! Either join one near you or start one.
We continue to promote Proverbs 29:2 and Matthew 28:18-20 (among many verses) that teaches us the importance of placing Godly men and women into positions of societal leadership. Christians in all mission fields of society (Arts, Entertainment & the Media; Science & Technology; Business/Commerce; Government; Family; Education and Religion must continue to engage and help lead the culture back to the Lord and help establish His principles in ordering society.
Practically, this means praying that the ongoing investigations into our Governor’s ties to the CCP (and elsewhere) are fully exposed, that waste and fraud in Minnesota are properly dealt with and eliminated, that our children gain some protection from an education system committed to harming them, and that men and women who fear God will be elected to all levels of local, state, and federal office come November 2026.
3. Church in the Capitol will take place again on Saturday, November 22 in the Rotunda. Doors open at 10 am. The service begins at 10:30.
The three we have done so far have been very well received. There is a specialness about worshipping in our state’s capitol building. You’ll want to be part of the next one!
4. The official Worship and Prayer service to kick off the 2026 Legislative Session will be Monday, February 16 at 3:30 pm in the Capitol Rotunda. This is open to the public.
The rumblings have started. The quakes and resulting tsunamis are on their way. The Spirit of God is going to wash over Minnesota. This is not a wave to fear. It is a wave to ride.

As we approach the 2025-2026 school year, there is a sudden rash of profoundly distressing bills popping up from the East Coast to the West Coast that threaten the safety of children and the core duties and rights of parents to direct their upbringing.
Today I want to raise your awareness about Assembly Bill 495 in California, which poses a very serious threat to child safety and parental rights. In essence, this bill legalizes non-related adults to essentially hijack children in the name of supposedly protecting illegal immigrant children if their parents are deported.
