Happy New Year! It's January 2025!

As we all enter this new year together with increased faith and optimism, here are a few things to watch for as we continue to work to restore righteousness in Minnesota:

We welcome Steve Boyd and his bride, Talitha, as new members to the Restore Minnesota leadership team. Many of you know Steve for the work he did in running for Congress in CD7. As a lover of Jesus and as one who understands the connections between the teachings of the Bible and the writings of our Founding Fathers, particularly the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution of the United States, we are excited to have Steve help lead the way in establishing new Community Action Teams (CATs) throughout western Minnesota. If you live in CD7 and want to have that conversation with us, give us a call.

A major theme we will focus on going forward is to address the qualities and policies we Minnesotans want in a new Governor in 2026. Our current Governor has proven to be an ineffective leader (particularly in times of crisis), an incompetent leader in handling our state economy (he ranks last, #50 out of 50 in economic policy!), a national security risk due to his ties to Communist China and a failure at representing the spiritual and moral values of the vast majority of Minnesotans regardless of party affiliation. It is time to find a righteous replacement as described in Exodus 18:21 and Proverbs 29:2.

It is time to be more intentional about bridging the generations. Therefore, we will be introducing a “Next Generation Task Force” that will allow us to be more proactive in reaching out to and working with our younger generations. As we succeed in this area, let’s be overwhelmingly welcoming of them in our CATs. Let’s demonstrate Christ-centered unity as we lock arms and represent Jesus to all 7 Mission Fields of Culture.

Come join us at the State Capitol this coming Monday if you can. Please take note of the information and flyer below. This will be another significant day at our Minnesota State Capitol. I believe our presence there, with our praise and prayers, changes the spiritual climate.

Finally (for now), we will be expanding our Restore Minnesota website to include a more complete calendar of events that are coming up throughout the year. This spring will include our Restore MN Leaders Workshop and new dates for our annual banquet. We'll have more details in the Feb '25 Newsletter.

Thank you all for all of your ongoing love and support. Together, we are just getting started!

FIXING STILLWATER SCHOOLS

Championing public school accountability and access to curriculum and classroom materials

Dear friend,

Parent groups like ours are entering the New Year with momentum! The more schools want to hide what they are doing, the more important it is that you see it! Secrecy thwarts opposition. Openness brings accountability.

That’s what we’ve learned here in Stillwater, Minnesota since over 250 of us joined Fixing Stillwater Schools (FSS) 2 years ago to petition Stillwater ISD 834 for parent/public access to school curriculum and classroom materials. Although the School Board ignored our petition, we learned a lot and put what we learned into action! For more on overcoming curriculum secrecy, see Parts A and C of Information You Can Use.

The need for public disclosure is especially true of our present “protocols” initiative on the formal policing of progressive purity in our schools that includes expectations of turning in your classmates and of being turned in by your classmates, teachers, janitors and bus drivers for non-conformity. Then follows public denouncement, official records tracking a child’s non-conformity and “counseling” re-education to indoctrinate social-political progressive values in even the youngest before they reach the age of reason. More on this will be public in upcoming days, but let’s first look at our recent accomplishments.

“Gender-Identity Indoctrination: 2024 Investigation of Stillwater MN Area Public Schools”

We asked for radical race indoctrination classroom materials masquerading as an English Class. “Racists!” the District shouted. “Liars!” they accused – but after being stonewalled for three school years, we litigated and exposed them as shown in “oppression studies disguised as English.” The MN Office of Administrative Hearings found the District violated the law by withholding this material from the public. (See OAH Case No. 22-0305-39352)

Then we raised concerns about obscene books being presented to young children in school libraries. They said, “You’re lying!” They called us “Book banners!” So, we posted online our “Lewd Books” feature. Parents could see for themselves what is in their own child’s school building and make up their own minds about it. Even though Minnesota state law exempts schools from pornography laws, quietly, some of the very worst books we shared publicly disappeared from the shelves. You can do this in your school in only 30 minutes using our Book Battle start up kit.

We also asked the District to open the statutorily required “public” advisory committee. (See Minn. Stat. 120B.11) Both the school board chair and administration said it was not open to the public and never was here or in other districts. We informed the District of what the law required, and meeting access was opened to the community only 3 days later! Anyone can now attend and view these meetings!

While only 10% of this “public” committee in Stillwater are NOT school employees, family members of employees or school board campaign friends, even limited access helps us see what is coming through the fog of secrecy.

Your school’s public advisory committee meetings may well not be posted online. If this is the case, ask for related communication documents using the MN Government Data Practices Act as explained on our web page.

Our latest accomplishment, “Gender-Identity Indoctrination: 2024 Investigation of Stillwater MN Area Schools” is now available. “Liars!” they will call us. “Haters!” they will shout to hide what this investigation uncovers in the school’s own documents: the systemic sexual mentoring and grooming of young children to embrace the LGBTQIA+multigender-fluidity world view and the war being made on teachers who do not cooperate.

We have already asked directly what accommodations are being made for parents who believe their sons are boys, their daughters are girls and that this is fixed and unchanging and do not want them told otherwise … we were told “none”. There is no accommodation or exceptions allowed from universal acceptance and celebration of this progressive sexual dogma even if it contradicts science, and the beliefs of the child’s family’s and faith community.

Our public schools think THEY know best what your child should believe. Universal school culture insidiously and actively engages in belief acceptance by innocent children well before the age of reason. Our schools have the administrative tools in place to hide from parents their child’s “transition” into this worldview. Communications uncovered from Stillwater Area Schools document that they will do this and parents will NOT be informed.

What can you do?

First, be informed and inform others. Share this article with others. Share the “Gender-Identity Indoctrination” report widely. It is shocking. We hope it will be a wake-up for many parents.

We will more extensively use modern outreach tools and professional communication and legal services to extract negative and destructive ideologies hidden in our “educational” institutions and make it public.

Americans overwhelmingly rejected wokeness and voted for common sense and promised positive changes in the November 2024 election. They understand there is a war against America’s children, and they want it to stop.

Child Protection League (CPL) believes that this historic election represents a massive cultural shift and incredible opportunity to make it stop. But, stopping it will depend upon activists like you, across the country who will push their local, state and federal officials to understand how these attacks on our children are systemically embedded and what needs to change.

Therefore, on Saturday, January 25, 2025 from 9am-2pm CST, CPL is hosting an important online conference to help equip everyone to do this.

It’s called "Mapping a Woke-Free Future" and features two powerful speakers:

Xi Van Fleet a survivor of Mao’s Cultural Revolution and author of Mao’s America: A Survivor’s Warning, and
Joy Pullmann, Executive Editor of The Federalist and author of, False Flag: Why Queer Politics Mean the End of America.

The goal of the conference is to map out what we need to know and what we need to do to move us toward a woke-free future for our children.
