Creating A Culture Of Hope

How well are you coping with the current news headlines?

              (This last one ought to at least put a smile on your face!)

Maybe a better question is, “How well are your friends, neighbors and co-workers coping with the current news headlines?”

Many are not coping well. Many have turned their lives over to fear. Fear is a spirit and it does not come from God. It takes root in lives where hope has ceased to exist.

Fear has no business being part of the life of a follower of Christ. The letter from the Apostle Paul to the church in Ephesus is clear in verses 11-22 of the 2nd chapter that at one time in the past we were all people without hope. In the middle of that passage, we are given two of the most powerful words in all of scripture. They are the opening words of verse 13: “But now . . .”

The words “but now” clearly mean that what is in the past no longer exists in our present reality. Why? Because the God of Hope, Christ Jesus Himself, dwells within us and has brought us near, that is, into the very arms of God the Father. There is no fear in the Father’s arms.

Yes, we live in trying and sometimes tragic times. But, hasn’t that always been the case throughout human history? Has there ever been a time since the fall of mankind in the Garden of Eden when tragedy and trouble did not exist?

It will remain this way until Christ, our eternal Hope, returns.

Until then, we laugh with those who laugh, weep with those who weep and mourn with those who mourn. Sometimes we sit quietly and simply hold another. We become the arms of the Father.

In the midst of all this, we continue to speak boldly with love the truth of the necessity for all to “repent and believe the gospel”. We, each one of us, is a beacon of hope. Hope has a name. His name is Jesus.

Stand firm. Stand strong, especially in the midst of chaos and tragedy. The world needs to see where to find HOPE. They need to see you. They need to see the Jesus in you.

Restore Minnesota and Patriot Academy

I am extremely excited to announce that the collaboration we have been waiting for with Rick Green and Patriot Academy is now official!

Here are a couple of the things we can expect going forward:

  • Direct access to all of Rick’s Biblical Citizenship courses through the Restore Minnesota website.
  • Combined Restore Minnesota/Rick Green/Patriot Academy events.

Our objectives include:

  • All Restore Minnesota Community Action Teams taking time to go through each of Rick’s courses. Remember, we are first a Christian education organization with the goal to be equipped for Holy spirit-led community engagement.
  • All current and future Constitutional Coaches who are asking, “What are we going to do after we complete this course?” to join or start a Community Action Team. The current tool to assist in this process is the book Courageous Christianity by Dale Witherington and Dan Montague. It can be purchased on Amazon.

This is a Holy Spirit-led, Kingdom advancing initiative for both organizations. We will both maintain our separate operations. We are simply locking arms in a true collaborative effort to fulfill God’s call on our organizations to walk with Him and restore righteousness in America.

More info will be made available as we progress. Please keep this collaboration in your prayers. God’s chief enemy is not going to be happy about this!!!

This July 4th, 2025 marks the 249th birthday of our nation. As we near our 250th birthday in 2026, the United States of America is living on borrowed time. In general, the average survival length of the world’s greatest civilizations has been about 200 years. This might cause us to wonder:

Announcing an American Experiment MN Tour

This is a workshop held at 19 in-person events across Minnesota.
